Hi. I’m Stevie. I’m an industry specialist with over 10 years of experience. Starting as a barback out of college, I quickly climbed up to General manager of Brooklyn’s longest-running bar (Goldenrod). After working in a slew of New York’s pubs, dives, cocktail bars, and Michellelin-rated restaurants (Vareli), I returned home to Buffalo. Since then, I have served as a head bartender, and bar manager of multiple local establishments, including opening some of the area’s largest projects. I currently work on the distribution side of liquor and wine sales, adding product and budgeting knowledge to my hospitality skill set. Awarded WSET liquor level 2, and WSET wine level 2 passing with distinction. I’m very enthusiastic to use this skill set to improve your program.

My industry history began with dishwashing here in Buffalo. It lead to being an up-and-comer in California’s bar scene. I’ve helped open a James Beard award-winning bar (Buffalo Proper). I’ve been the lead bartender at the number one Marriott Bar on the continent, three years running (Panorama). I brought in first place in all three categories of Step out Buffalo’s “best bar” competition. In 2019, I was one of 50 people around the world to participate in Tales of the cocktail apprenticeship program. I’ve been sponsored to travel around the country to bartend. Most importantly, I’ve been blessed to become a mentor, contribute to this culture, and build bar programs that last, as well as bar families that do the same.
